We will also help you understand your own situation in terms of personal obligations, director responsibilities and personal guarantees. You will be able to make decisions with a full understanding of their impact on both you personally and the business.
We like to start with a free initial phone call, to understand the problems facing your business. This normally takes half an hour and we will listen to your issues and give an initial response before suggesting we meet for a free initial consultation which is a longer meeting and again is on a no commitment basis. Our advice will be given by an experienced Business Doctor who will help you decide what is best for you by going though the range of options that match meet your personal and business objectives.

- Post-Plan Review
- K2 Business Rescue engagement ends
- K2 Business Executives agree a new engagement to provide ongoing strategic, marketing and financial support services
